Returns Policy
We operate a no-quibble guarantee, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via e-mail at sales@brianjpackington.co.uk We will then arrange with you to either exchange or fully refund the value of the items, conditional to receipt of the returned goods. Products must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. All seals must be intact and not tampered with on items such as Dvds unless found to be faulty.Tools must be unused unless found to be faulty. Brian J Packington is not responsible for the return postage and delivery charge on the original order.
Faulty Goods
In the event that any goods purchased are damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt via e-mail at sales@brianjpackington.co.uk Brian J Packington will offer to refund the full amount plus returns postage, or replace any product on receipt of the returned goods.
Cancelling Orders
You have the right to cancel from this agreement within seven days of receipt of goods, please e-mail us at sales@brianjpackington.co.uk If the item has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and process a refund back to the payment method used - credit card or pay pal, within thirty days(usually 7 days). We recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to cancel, as if we have already dispatched the products you have ordered, you are responsible for the return of the goods back to us at your own expense. Goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you. All seals, where present, must be intact.
For all goods returned to us please retain proof of postage and we recommend that you return items using recorded delivery service, as Brian J Packington is not responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
